The 2019 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase is just around the corner and we can’t wait to show off this newly remodeled home. Located in the Creston Hills neighborhood of Edina, Minnesota, this home is a must see!

Built in the 1950s, this one and a half story home has seen several remodels and even a few new additions over the last fourteen years by our team at Schrader & Co. For the latest remodel, our team completely updated the main level which included the kitchen and master bathroom.

To create a spacious master bathroom, we converted the main level's second bedroom into part of the bathroom design. The finished master bathroom features a custom tile shower with two showerheads and a built-in bench enclosed in glass. Completing the master bath are two spacious walk-in closets.

The next phase of this remodeling project included updating the 2000s kitchen and creating additional space for a large walk-in pantry. To create space for the pantry, we converted the original 3/4 bathroom into a smaller 1/2 bath powder room. The extra space was used for the walk-in pantry with a beautiful sliding barn door right off the kitchen. Finishing off the kitchen remodel, we added a fresh coat of paint, updated the tile backsplash, and added an island.
