4 Steps To Success

Step One: Conversation

We carefully listen and ask the appropriate questions to establish the design, scope, and budget that you are comfortable with. Your space needs, design preferences, and personal details are all identified.

Step Two: Discovery

We take our conversation to paper to discover the potential of your home based on your needs and desires. Your dream home is developed to a preliminary reality. Your budget is massaged along with the preliminary design until you are satisfied.

Step Three: Details

Selections and specifications are finalized to complete the bid process. A full set of construction plans are created to maximize design, innovation, and value engineering to meet your budget. Upon completion, a final construction agreement is presented for your approval.

Step Four: Construction

The great ideas and immense details are brought to reality. The organization begins with a detailed schedule and on site team meeting. Your project manager monitors the schedule weekly and communicates by email, phone, and site meetings through out the project. Your home is delivered to you on time, on budget, and gleaming with that new home smell.

tribute list (punch list)

We call our punch list a tribute list because we want to hand over a perfect house with nothing left to do but enjoy for many fun-filled years. After a long construction period it takes finesse to complete the final details of the project.

one year tribute list

There will be touch ups and tweaks after a major renovation or new build. We want the tribute to keep its value for much longer than a year. We will send a reminder to visit the house and list.
